Scrapped Princess

Legends speak of a young girl, born in the royal family, who will one day bring destruction to the world, unless she is killed. On her sixteenth birthday, the Scrapped Princess would start to destroy the planet. Because of this prophecy, she has been sought after by bounty hunters, and the palace guards dismissed by the King. Pacifa's fate was decided the moment she was born. You see, she was abandoned by her father. The night she was meant to be rid, something unexpected occurred. The one ordered to dispose of the child, gave sympathy to her, because he couldn't possibly see her being killed. Instead, he threw her down to the sweeping waves. A fine family found her one day, and brought her up the correct way. She wasn't the spoilt princess she was to become. But she had what no princess had. Freedom, and a warm family consisting of her foster parents and her two older siblings; her brother & sister. She was always enjoying herself, and her family never neglected her. But it didn't last forever. Years later, along with her brother and sister, Pacifa set out to flee from those who were after her, closely watching her, were many pursuers. It wasn't easily accomplished, as there were always enemies standing in their way.

A truly touching story. The first time I saw it, I was amazed with the background. It wasn't a very hilarious anime. The series was quite severe and serious, as you can imagine. I rate this series 4.5/5 stars
